Recruitment Services Provided

Contingency Search

We recruit for your position while you conduct your own internal and/or external efforts. There is no monetary cost unless a Mission Trinity candidate is hired.

Retingency (“Container”) Search

You pay a specified amount up front to demonstrate your seriousness about hiring and retaining Mission Trinity's services throughout the duration of the search and interview process. The remainder of the fee (less the up-front "container") is paid only if a Mission Trinity candidate is hired. We do not believe in continually asking for money without first fulfilling our commitment. This service is primarily reserved for searches that have a very short list of qualified candidates due to location, salary, specific skill set, etc.

**Same recruiting methodology is utilized in both services--we only accept a small number of searches per year (contingency & retingency alike) to ensure a customized, thorough recruiting campaign for each search with every client. On average, we fill 68% of contingency searches--significantly higher than industry standards of 20%.
